We strive to display products accurately on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, measurements or other product details will be identical to the actual product.
The colors you see depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display matches the true product color. Kapital® Clothing reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Online Purchases
When you place an order online through kapitalclothing.com, we will make every effort to get it to you in a timely manner. However, Kapital® Clothing is not liable for any delays in shipping.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping fees and applicable taxes. Kapital® Clothing retains the right to refuse any order.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Kapital® Clothing reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason up until the time the order ships.
Once payment is received and your order is accepted, we will ship your purchase to the shipping address designated by you at checkout. Kapital® Clothing cannot ship to PO Boxes.
You become the owner of the package once it’s been tendered to the carrier for shipment. The risk of loss transfers to you upon our tender to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kapital® Clothing purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your shipment, subject to the return guidelines below.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom and special order items are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Kapital® Clothing error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kapital® Clothing is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- You may exchange your item for another size or style of equal or lesser value. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges are processed once the original return is completed.
Sale items purchased at a discount may be returned or exchanged for the sale price only.
6. User Accounts
By creating an account on kapitalclothing.com, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access. Report any unauthorized access to Kapital® Clothing immediately.
